High temperatures yesterday reached the mid to upper 50s, as expected.

It was 55 in Newark, 58 at Atlantic City Airport, which is just about 11 miles inland from the beach.

With sunshine today, we expect some highs in the low to middle 50s this afternoon.  It's pretty much close to the normal high of 52 or 53.

Some clear skies to start tonight, then becoming partly cloudy with some lows in the 30s, but lower 40s along the south coast.

A very weak system is moving through tomorrow morning or mid-day has just the chance of a brief, light shower or sprinkle.  Overall, though, passing clouds and some sunshine with Saturday's highs in the very mild low to middle 60s, and enough wind to notice.

Variable clouds and cooler for Sunday with most highs not out of the upper 40s.

We have a storm chance for Tuesday night into Wednesday morning of next week.  It's going to be a strong and strengthening system. If it comes close enough, it could become accumulating snow here in New Jersey Tuesday night into Wednesday morning.

More on this as we head into next week.

Have a good weekend.
