The weekend forecast worked out reasonably well with low to mid 70s Saturday and mid to upper 70s Sunday.

After starting out this morning in the 40s and 50s early this Monday, with sunshine throughout the day, high temperatures should reach the upper 70s to the low 80s.  It will be cooler with a sea breeze along the beach and boardwalk.

We'll have clear to partly cloudy skies for the nighttime hours ahead, as well, with temperatures in the 50s and some low to mid 60s near the beach and boardwalk and urban areas. There may be some 40s in NW Jersey.

We start with some sunshine early Tuesday.  Then, we have the risk of a shower or two in the afternoon and evening, especially near the Delaware River in Northwestern counties.

Wednesday still looks a little bit on the unsettled side .

We'll have more on that in future reports.
