Summer jobs and another millennial #DigginIn to NJ

Had a great conversation with Jessica, a NJ millennial today about her experience working at the PNC Arts Center as a summer job. My takeaway from the conversation is now a little older, married and with a son, she's with us #DigginIn.

I know that there are many more millennials and others in the Garden State who want to stay and make NJ their permanent home. Unfortunately the political climate of special interests and corrupt politicians willing to trade your money to line their pockets and those of the political connected insiders, it's not easy. But the fight has only just begun and we are closing in every day on solution and local heroes willing to stand up and fight for us.
