I saw on Consumerist.com that General Mills is introducing a new cereal, "Chocolate Toast Crunch", a companion cereal to their popular "Cinnamon Toast Crunch". Breakfast cereals are not something I can get nostalgic about because most, if not all, of the cereals I liked as a kid are still around; there's no bemoaning the good ol' days when (fill in the blank) was available.

"Quisp" and "Apple Jacks" were my two favorites; they brought "Quisp" back several years ago, and I don't think they ever stopped making "Apple Jacks", although they look different now. With the exception of "Pac-Man", "Flintstones' Dino Pebbles", "Yummy Mummy", and "Fruit Brute" (those last two being part of the Monster Series of cereals by General Mills). I know they still make "Sugar Crisp" with the bear in the commercials but they call it "Golden Crisp" now.

While I was thinking of cereals, I looked up which ones have the most sugar; so, courtesy of the International Business Times, here they are:

10. Fruit Loops
9.Cap'n Crunch's Crunch Berries
8. Apple Jacks
7. Oh!s
6. Cap'n Crunch Original
5. Smorz
4. Cap'n Crunch's Oops! All Berries
3. Fruit Loops Marshmallow
2. Golden Crisp
1. Honey Smacks
