Stupid things people do to their cars

My fiancee did the best she could on a cloudy day with a moving target to get a picture of this. We admit it's not the greatest picture, so let me explain. This guy decided it would be a funny idea to put decals on his car of various "targets" with tally marks next to them, such as 'person in wheel chair' with 5 kills, 'kid on bicycle' with 3 kills, etc.. Keepin' it classy. On the other side of the window were the words "I know I know, license and registration". This guy is just begging to stand out to the cops.
