PRINCETON — Borough police credited three Princeton High School students for helping to save a man who suffered a heart attack after shoveling snow.

Police said the 71-year-old man collapsed in his doorway after clearing snow from Thursday's storm.

The three students — Jonathon Petrozzini, Tyler Williamson, and Matthew Hawes — heard his wife crying for help and rushed over. The students called 911 and stayed with the couple while waiting for police and the Princetn First Aid and Rescue Squad to respond.

Police resuscitated the man with CPR and a defibrillator.

Police gave the teens kudos on the department's Facebook page.
