Every year some people get really angry about stores that try to beat the Black Friday crowd by opening on Thanksgiving. My opinion on that has always been if you work in retail, expect to work when everybody else is off, that’s when they shop.

It’s unfortunate if that takes away from family time, but I think most employees are able to rearrange the time of the feast to accommodate their schedule. As far as people who would rather go shop than watch football and go back for fourths on the pumpkin pie, more power to you. I think you’re crazy, but, more food for me.
