New Jersey State Police are looking for the driver who struck another car on Tuesday in East Windsor causing serious injuries for two people before leaving the scene.

A blue Chevrolet Cavalier spun around and hit a guard rail on the right shoulder after being struck by a red or maroon colored vehicle leaving the scene at milepost 65 near exit #7A (I-195) on Tuesday morning around 10 a.m.

Troopers arriving at the scene found the driver, a male, trapped in the vehicle and a female who was able to make it out on her own. The driver sustained serious head trauma and the passenger sustained moderate injuries. Both were transported to the Capital Health Medical Center in Trenton.
