The Courier-Post reports Joseph Tiedeman was found Tuesday afternoon in Burlington Township.

New Jersey State Police spokesman Capt. Stephen Jones says 58-year-old Tiedeman is being treated at a medical facility but did not disclose details about his condition or his potential role in the events leading up to the crash.

Tiedeman is the registered owner of the vehicle involved in a fatal car crash on Sunday night that resulted in the death of a man who was found inside the wreckage.

Jones says investigators have been working to confirm the identity of the man who died in the crash.
