Working in the customer service industry can be stressful. If you do work in that industry, the one thing you must remember above all else, you need to keep your head. Unfortunately, no matter what the customer does or no matter how annoying they may get, the customer is always right.

Apparently those basic rules went out the window with this Starbucks employee who blasted a customer who was seemingly very confused when the worker was speaking to her.

As Dennis said, he probably would've promoted this woman rather than fire her for this display. You never know what's going on with a person and maybe this woman behind the counter at Starbucks, was having a bad day to begin with.

Give the barista props though, she did make this customer pay attention.
