Twenty-five-year-old Carl Camp Jr., of Magnolia, was been charged with invasion of privacy on Tuesday.

Police in Gloucester Township say a woman found a cellphone in the bathroom of her apartment there and turned it over to police.

Authorities say he used it to spy on her several times and also did the same to another woman.

Camp was arrested and released. He could not be reached for comment on Wednesday morning.
