The other day, I got to speak to "Sopranos" star Vincent Pastore, who once worked for Donald Trump and resigned from his “Celebrity Apprentice” after winning a round.

Trump gave Pastore $50,000 for his ex wife's charity, and told later Pastore that the episode where he “played the rat with Pierce Morgan was pivotal in the show going two hours.”

In fact, Trump actually said to the former Soprano's star at the Friars club: “What did you quit for? I was going to fire Piers (Morgan).”

Would Trump make a good President?

“I like Donald," Pastore told me. "I'm not going to say whether he'd be a good president or a bad president.”

Pastore also said Trump told him if he wins, then Vinny could take his band down, the Gangster Squad, to Washington and play one of the inaugural balls ... "so I'm kinda hoping Donald wins so I can get my band down there.”
