First it's not our train. Then it's a miscommunication. Now NJ Transit is saying they don't really know how several brush fires started on Saturday requiring a response from six local fire departments.

Needless to say there were delays. Needless to say NJ Transit was slow to communicate with the public. What's the real story here?

Witnesses say they saw a train traveling with sparks flying. Then within that time frame brush fires started burning. 48 hours after the fact, NJ Transit finally owns up to owning the train at the center of the controversy. Why did it take so long?

How is their organization been allowed by Governor Christie to operate so long without any leaders being fired? Derailments, death, delays, fare hikes, no public accountability, push back on positive train control...the list goes on.

Kim Guadagno is right about asking everyone in leadership at NJ Transit to resign so we can start again. We're beyond a typical incompetent government organization. This is a serious transportation crisis in New Jersey.

Someone needs to get NJ Transit under control.
