A traditional end-of-game handshake during a soccer tournament turned into a brawl over the weekend in Manalapan.

Two teams in the Manalapan Soccer Club Memorial Day Tournament on Sunday were lined up for the team handshakes when the fight broke out according to the Patch of Holmdel.

One of the coaches began to restrain players when one of the parents punched the coach in the face.

Police were called and broke up the fight. However, no one wanted to press charges meaning all parties involved remain unidentified.
