There were some record breaking high temperatures Wednesday.  Newark Liberty Airport broke the old record of 64 in 1947 when they reached 66.  Wrightstown reached 68 degrees, so my 65 to locally near 70 worked out pretty well.

The wind will be coming back today, although not as strong as it was overnight.  Gusts will be 40 mph or higher.  Sunshine returns as temperatures fall through the 40s.  It will be colder tonight, with statewide lows mid 20s to low 30s.

A weak disturbance moving through mostly South Jersey early Friday morning has the chance of a few flurries early.  Sun and clouds, and still windy.  Highs will be just in the 30s.

Continued cold over the weekend, with another chance of snow or flurries for late Saturday into part of Sunday.  I'm not sure, about how much, if any snow will occur.

We'll have more on that tomorrow.
