There are tons of deer in New Jersey. It doesn't matter where. North, south, east or west. If you're on a New Jersey roadway and the sun is coming up or going down, you are in absolute danger of hitting a deer with your car.

For those of you that leave New Jersey often, like truckers for example, you know that the problem isn't only contained to the Garden State. I take road trips with my friends every year and in the areas of the country I've been lucky enough to visit, deer are just as much of a risk to drivers there as they are here.

Sometimes, you just never know when a deer is about to cross your path. Check out this video below from Denver, Colorado. During a downhill skateboarding race, a deer walks into the road at the wrong time and collides with a skateboarder at 40 MPH.
