The weekend forecast worked out pretty well.

I thought we would have lot of clouds on Saturday with some brightening skies, or breaks of sun in South Jersey.  That is exactly what happened.

We thought we would have some rain likely on Sunday.  That is what happened, as well.

Temperatures today could be in the low 60s or so, at least away from the ocean, with some passing showers a risk this morning.  There may be a break in the shower activity in late morning to the afternoon in parts of the state, especially in the southern half of New Jersey.

Then, some showers and some rain moves across New Jersey during the first part of the night, and then moves out in the hours after midnight, as we start to dry out and improve. Temperatures will probably be in the 40s overnight by early tomorrow, maybe a few NW Jersey 30s.

We look to have sunshine and patchy clouds, but no worse than partly to mostly sunny on Tuesday.  There will be just enough of a northwest wind to notice and high temperatures will probably be no better than the low 50s, perhaps the mid 50s in spots.

Then, we look for the risk of a disturbance passing by to our southwest on Wednesday that will probably miss us with just some passing clouds, but no precipitation likely.
