When is the best time to shower? — We got the answer

Lather, rinse, repeat!  From the time of day to hot versus cold, we've got tips to help maximize your showering experience.

Health experts agree that showering in the evening could lead to a better night's sleep for some people. According to a report by The Huffington Post, taking a warm shower at night can help with the body's temperature regulation, leading to a restful and relaxing night of sleep.

And the time of day isn't the only thing that might make a difference, the temperature of the shower matters too. In fact, the article said cold showers can lead to increase alertness, a metabolism boost, and a way to fight back against colds. Hot water showers can help relax muscles, decrease anxiety, and ease migraines.

So, what about you? What's your preference?
