Should you be allowed to text at a red light? [Poll]

Eric Scott (filling in for Jim this week) has been discussing the stronger laws being implemented by New Jersey for drivers being caught talking or texting while driving.

While the laws will be stricter, including a possible loss of license for a 3rd offense, it does not cover if you are stopped at a red light or stuck in traffic.

Do you think that's softening the law by making it passable to text in traffic or at a light? Or do you think you should be allowed to text while you are stopped?
