A battle to have women included in the draft is unfolding, all in the name of equality.

A Morris County mother is suing the federal government on behalf of her 17-year-old daughter, claiming America's male-only military draft is discriminatory towards women.

We haven't drafted anyone since Vietnam, so it's interesting that changing this law is a point of focus today.
