You know how much you like jury duty right? What do you think of the idea of using New Jersey’s unemployed?

New Jersey’s statewide jury manager Michael Garrahan says he’s been advised to use unemployed people. They have the time and they make $5 a day. But on the other hand, says Assignment Judge Georgia M Curio, they get very anxious because they worry about missing an interview. Many of those who are employed worry about keeping their jobs during the recession.  What do you think? Should we use the unemployed for jury duty? Take our poll below and let us know your opinion.
