Should the Unemployed be Used for Jury Duty? [POLL]

You know how much you like jury duty right? What do you think of the idea of using New Jersey’s unemployed?

New Jersey’s statewide jury manager Michael Garrahan says he’s been advised to use unemployed people. They have the time and they make $5 a day. But on the other hand, says Assignment Judge Georgia M Curio, they get very anxious because they worry about missing an interview.
