Should Smoking be Banned in Public Parks? [POLL]

If you’re a smoker, add Jersey City to the number of places in the Garden State where you may be limited to where you can light up.

How much could smokers be charged in penalties under Obamacare?

Dennis and Judi were discussing the story of Jersey City Councilman Rolando Lavarro who wants to ban smoking in all public parks.

Is this really a politician protecting the public’s health or is it just another politician over-stepping their bounds?

Dennis and Judi are both former smokers and they think that this is just another example of the government getting too involved in our lives.

But what do you think? Is this just a health issue that local government needs to be a part of or just a common sense issue for people to work out for themselves?

Take the poll below and let us know what you think.
