First of all, it’s not in legislative form, so if you’re dumb enough to smoke in your car with your kid don’t panic.  You may continue to erode your child’s health without penalty.  However this story on a CDC recommendation begs the question.  With all we know about the harm of second hand smoke, the ear infections, the breathing problems, allergy troubles, etc., is it time someone stepped up to make this illegal?

You tell us.
