Should the Garden State limit frivolous lawsuits? Do we all just need to lighten up?
Tara, who called from Rt. 287, said our state should do what England does- make people who sue over frivolous cases and lose have to pay for the lawyers involved.
George from Eatontown said this is just one example of why we need tort reform.
