Dennis and Judi opened up the show today by discussing the idea NJ State Assembly Tourism and Gaming Committee are discussing a bill that would ban smoking on New Jersey beaches  and in other public places.

Judi has said that a New Jersey beach wouldn't be the same without the smell of cheese steaks and cigarettes. But many, including Assemblywoman Valerie Vainieri Huttle from Englewood believe that public places such as the beaches aren't a place for smoking.
