Should Government be Telling Us What to Eat or Drink? [POLL]

You've heard the story by now that New York Mayor Bloomberg wants to limit the size of sodas sold in New York City. Anything over a 16oz soft drink would be banned from sale.

What's next? Will we only be able to order medium fries or 1 hamburger but no cheese? Where does it stop? Does the government need to stop interfering in our decision-making ability? Is this a proper function of government to be creating laws like this to limit what food we intake? Will we have any personal responsibility any longer?
