Should Edison be Thrown out of the Red Light Pilot Program? [POLL]

Jim was discussing the story this morning of Declan O'Scanlon who is upset over the fact that he cannot get access to the town's red light camera data.

O'Scanlon has suggested that Edison be thrown out of the program if they do not hand over the data. If the town has no issues an nothing to hide, why aren't they handing over the data that O'Scanlon is asking for?
