Jim was discussing the alarming statistic and thought that while electronic cigarettes could be a good alternative for smokers, there needs to be some restrictions and studies.

There aren't many restrictions on e cigarettes at the current time. There are no real restrictions on where you can or can't smoke electronic cigarettes. What's more alarming is that there really aren't any age restrictions on smoking electronic cigarettes.

While Jim is not in favor of putting restrictions on a business or industry, the fact that we don't know the long-term affects of what smoking electronic cigarettes could have on teens, makes a strong case to put some measures in place.

What do you think? Do you think there should be some basic regulations on the e cigarette industry? Take the poll below.
