NJ Native Richie Incognito has been in the sports headlines over the past few days as the news broke that he had reportedly been bullying Jonathan Martin.

Fellow offensive lineman Jonathan Martin alleged that he was bullied by Incognito and finally hit the breaking point. Martin got up during a team lunch and left the team and has not returned to the team since.

It seems that Inconito's issues lie deeper than just a bullying incident. Should he lose his job over it? Should Martin have handled the issue "in-house" and not gone public with it?
