Should Butler Schools Require ID From Parents? [POLL]

You heard Jim discussing this story this morning regarding Bulter schools being accused of discriminating against illegal immigrants.

According to the Tri-Boro Patch the ACLU-NJ accused the Butler school district of discriminating against illegal residents because Butler requests a valid driver's license when parents enroll their students in school. The ACLU-NJ sees that as a needless step to enroll students in school.

Since the ACLU made their accusations, Butler schools decided to no longer require parents to show id that can only be obtained with a social security card.
