The National Police Defense Foundation in Morganville is offering a $5,000 reward to anyone who can provide information about the people who bullied Quadrique Petlow. The police want to hold anyone involved with the bullying of Petlow responsible for his suicide.

The amount of bullying victims that turn to suicide is increasing, and it is an important issue.  Do you believe that a person should be held liable for another person's suicide? Or do you think it is worse punishment for a person to live knowing that their actions caused someone else's death. How can you determine who should be held liable for a suicide?
