Many complain that they don't have enough time to devote to being fit, or that keeping a healthy diet and exercising regularly is just too time consuming for them. Fitness competitor and mother of three kids, Maria Kang shows off her muscular body, in her Facebook picture. Her three children, ages 2 years, 3 years, and 8 months, are sitting around her. The top of the photo says "What's your excuse?" While Kang wanted this photo to serve as inspiration and motivation for people to get into shape, she is now being accused of bullying and "fat shaming." Kang has issued an apology on her page, but firmly stands by her decision to post the picture.

Do you think Kang deserves all of the negativity she is receiving for posting the picture? Or do you think she was right in trying to motivate the masses to lose weight?
