Shore town home owners should be exempt from beach and parking fees

The majority of residents don't enjoy paying New Jersey beach fees. Imagine if you were living and paying property taxes in the town year round and every summer, you had to pay to park and cough up beach fees as well.

While it was nice to see that deal has squashed a plan to restrict parking on the newly replenished beach, especially since it was part of a federal replenishment project funded by taxpayers that paid for it

What's the point of paying property taxes to live at the shore if they're not including the one reason you came to the shore in the first place?
