Get the tissues ready. Sergeant First Class Scott Faile orchestrated one of the greatest "Welcome Home" moments I've ever seen. At first, the Sergeant's family is simply being honored on the field in a special ceremony.

Next, the family is directed towards the stadium's large video screen for a special message directly from him. The family has a hard time keeping their composure but they get through it and appreciate the crowd's reaction.
