Senator Jennifer Beck clears up ‘pork panel’ confusion

Senator Beck was on the show this am to discuss the "pork panel" (so named by Senator Ray Lesniak). The vote didn't happen as expected this week and now the battle lines are drawn. Coming up over the next few months will be an opportunity for working and middle class New Jerseyans to fight back against what will be a real usurping of the legislative process.

Jen has bee a true champion over the past year helping us fight the gas tax and she's diggin' in with us on this one. Can you imagine the state spending billions without legislative oversight and approval? It's bad enough that they tend to botch the things that they do have oversight over, this idea will only make things worse.
