Search Continues For Missing South Brunswick Woman
The search continues for a missing woman from South Brunswick.
New Jersey State Police posted on their Facebook page that 44-year-old resident Elizabeth Carlton is still missing. She was last seen at the South Brunswick Square Mall on Route 1 in Monmouth Junction on Wednesday. Carlton's cell phone has gone dead.
Police and family are especially concerned for her welfare due to a "cognitive impairment" but would not elaborate. She was the subject of a Silver Alert in 2012 according to the South Brunswick Patch and was located in south Jersey. New Jersey State Police say Carlton has been known to frequent the Camden area.
Carlton is described as white, 5-feet, 10-inches tall and weighing 140 pounds. She is single and lives with her mother, police said.
She drives an Acura RSX with the license plate PUGDOGS.
