WILLIAMSTOWN (AP) — Rescue crews have recovered the body of a teenage boy who went missing while swimming at a South Jersey quarry.

State police divers found 17-year-old Darius Boyer's body at about 1 p.m. Thursday. The Williamstown High School student had been missing since Wednesday afternoon when he went under the water while swimming with friends and didn't resurface.

Boyer was remembered at a vigil Thursday night on Williamstown High School's football field. Boyer played football and wrestled at the school.
