The researchers at the University of Michigan discovered that foods that are highly processed and high in fat were the most likely to form a “food addiction”. There is no surprise what is number one: pizza.

The exception is soda (non-diet), which has no fat. I was also gratified to see that the least addictive food on the list is cucumbers, because, well, cucumbers suck.

Here are the top ten foods on the list:

  3. Chips
  4. Cookie
  5. Ice Cream
  6. French Fries
  7. Cheeseburger
  8. Soda (Not Diet)
  9. Cake
  10. Cheese
