Sanders in the race for the long haul

Bernie Sanders said he is in it for the long haul against Hillary Clinton.

Sanders said even if he loses the Iowa caucuses, he is running a campaign that will take him to the convention.

He called labeling Iowa as must win is mythology.

But Sanders, who once said he could win Iowa also seemed to be lowering expectations.

Should he win, Sanders said the Democratic establishment would start backing him because their ultimate goal is to beat the Republicans.
