Sammy The Dog Case And Animal Protection

On Wednesday's show I talked about the outrageous Superior Court judge's decision to take away any jail time in the Sammy the Dog abuse case. The Brick couple guilty of abuse and neglect of the cocker spaniel, who's fur was so covered in urine and so matted that the dog could barely move, were originally sentenced to 6 months in jail. Now on appeal, a new judge decided no jail time is appropriate. All but two callers were outraged by the judge's decision.
