Hill capped an 18-6 run with his only 3-pointer, giving the Pacers a 53-36 lead. Indiana led 59-46 at halftime.

The 76ers fought back early in the second half with a 12-6 run and cut the lead to 65-58. They outscored Indiana 18-14 in the third, but were unable to carry the momentum into the final period.

Covington's injury came with 3:18 to play in the third quarter. The 6-foot-9 forward landed awkwardly on his right side following a layup. He walked off the court holding his right arm and went straight to the locker room.
