Jimmy Buffett is building retirement communities inspired by his tailgaters' anthem, which already has spawned restaurants and resorts. Latitude Margaritaville caters to aging Parrotheads, with a first location in Daytona Beach. (Wonder if the Margaritaville in Atlantic City will ever renovate for residents?!)
