To Sleep or Not to Sleep – Will it Help?
Federal Health Officials say we’re not getting enough sleep and it could cause us to not only injure ourselves but our co-workers as well.
The National Sleep Foundation recommends we sleep between 7-9 hours per night. That’s not happening if you’re working more than one job or if you work at night. Lack of sleep can lead to cardiovascular problems, obesity, diabetes, and depression. How much sleep do you get a night?
