Rat On Subway Freaks People Out [VIDEO]

A rat got into a NYC subway car yesterday morning. Travelers on a downtown A train screamed and freaked out as the thing scurried beneath their feet. Some stood on seats trying to avoid it. As expected, it was all caught on tape and posted. The MTA says it has implemented several programs to try to curb the rat population in the city's subways. Tell that to these terrified passengers.
