The Aug. 20 concert, produced by Live Nation  and presented by the Alliance for Atlantic City Foundation with funding by Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA),  will come four days after another beach show featuring Maroon 5.

Unlike past years, in which beach concerts were free, paid admission is required for these shows. Tickets start at $20 and go on sale Friday via or by-phone at 800-745-3000. There will be a limited amount of preferred GA tickets at $49.50. VIP Packages will be available through Live Nation Premium Seats at

Last summer, the city hosted free concerts by Blake Shelton and Lady Antebellum in the same weekend in August.

The Atlantic City Alliance estimates this year's concerts will generate more than $23 million in visitor spending in Atlantic City.
