NEW YORK (AP) — Adam Rosales hit a two-run homer off Chris Capuano that bounced off the top of the left-field wall, Yovani Gallardo won for the second time since mid-April and the Texas Rangers sent the New York Yankees to their 10th loss in 11 games with a 5-2 victory Sunday night.

Prince Fielder had three hits and two RBIs for the Rangers, who swept the three-game series and extended a winning streak to five for the first time since September.

Texas then headed to Cleveland, where Josh Hamilton is to start in left on Monday night. The 2010 AL MVP, who has seen sidetracked by drug and alcohol problems plus shoulder surgery, was acquired from the Angels on April 27 and will be making his first appearance for the Rangers since 2012.
