If you haven't noticed, we love to eat. We enjoy good food and we got a head start last week on the Feast Day of San Giuseppe with a delicious recipe for zeppoles.

We invited the owner of Cara's Cucina and NJ Traffic Reporter Cara DiFalco into the studio to teach us how to make a zeppole for the feast day.  They were absolutely out of this world! So light and fluffy, yet so delicious! Whether you're Italian or just enjoy baking or eating Italian food, You HAVE to try these, they are excellent.
