MIDDLE TOWNSHIP (AP) — Prosecutors have released the names of a married couple who were found dead this week in a homeless encampment in South Jersey.

But they say the causes of death for 53-year-old John Clohessy and 41-year-old Carrie Clohessy have not yet been determined.

Cape May County prosecutors say the two were found shortly after 9 a.m. Wednesday in a wooded area of Middle Township. They were discovered by an individual who was walking on a back trail in the town's Rio Grande section.

Preliminary autopsy reports made public Friday indicate that there were no signs of trauma to either body. But a ruling on the causes of death will not be made until toxicology testing is completed.
