The Union County Prosecutor's Office has reportedly reopened its investigation into a priest who admitted to NJ Advance Media he had sex with a 15-year-old boy — but in the dozen years since alleged the encounter, has never been charged.

published a stunning account of the Rev. Manuel Gallo Espinoza's confession to having sex with the teen in a rectory of a Plainfield church in 2003. The admission was made in a phone conversation from Ecuador, a series of emails and in a comment left on the news site, the new site reports. The priest also shareda copy of his comments on Twitter:

In the comments he published on Twitter, Gallo Espinoza's says he doesn't consider himself a "pedophile person" but acknowledges he made a mistake. He also blames his alleged victim for pursuing a lawsuit against him.
