MIAMI — An adult entertainment video star from New Jersey liked by U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz's Twitter account is no fan of the Texas Republican.

The "like" of a tweet of an X-rated video clip of a movie by Cory Chase called "Moms Bang Teens 20" first appeared late Monday, according to the Miami Herald.

Cruz, in a tweet to NBC News reporter Frank Thorp, blamed a "staffing issue" and that it was "not a deliberate action."

"There are a number of people on the team that have access to the account & it appears that someone inadvertently hit the like button," Thorp re-tweeted as Cruz's reply.

Chase, 36, told the Huffington Post said she had no internet access until Tuesday morning as news of the "like" went viral. She called it an "OMG" moment when she found out.

She posted a picture on her Instagram of her in a low cut blouse along with Cruz and the caption "see more of what #TedCruz liked so much by checking out www.JerkyWives.com."

Chase will likely not "like" the conservative Cruz back. She told the New York Daily News that given his votes against the porn and adult entertainment industry she isn't a fan. In 2007 he tried to ban the sale of sex toys when he was solicitor general in Texas.
